Why can't I find the book I am looking for?
You can search for books a number of ways through CRCPress.com. You can conduct a general search through the Search window on the home page. You can conduct a more specific search through our Advanced Search link on the home page. This feature allows you to search by book title, author, ISBN, keyword, subject, and discipline.
Finally, our books are organized according to subject area on our home page. Here you will find all titles within a subject area. In many areas, you can focus on more specific subcategories.
I am having a problem with a computer program that I bought from CRC Press.

The CD-ROM/DVD product I bought is not working. Who should I contact?

Books may be returned in new/saleable condition for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges within 60 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and ship via any traceable method to:

I don't want to use a credit card over the internet. Is there another way to order?
There are a number of ways to order products from CRC Press. If you don't want to use your credit card over the internet, you can give your billing information over the telephone. Or you can order books via telephone and request to be billed via an invoice. You can also email or fax your order to CRC Press, and receive a corresponding invoice.
Sales tax is automatically calculated and added to your invoice based on your shipping destination. To have the sales tax removed, please send your order ID number(s) and your State Sales Tax Certificate to email@example.com. Your credit card will not be charged until your product ships.
Upon verification of your certificate, your account will be changed to tax-exempt status and any charges relating to taxes will be credited back to your credit card. Please be patient, as the verification process can take up to 10 days to be completed. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service department.

If you identify an error in a CRC Press book or other product, please contact the appropriate Editor.

Type the title of the book into the search window. Click on the title to visit the book page. Book downloads can be found under the Downloads & Updates tab.
Who should I contact to submit a manuscript for publication?
