    Biography

    Dr. Puneet Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Coordinator of Research & Development Cell, College of Engineering and Technology, Mody University of Science and Technology, India. Though he has obtained his Master and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, but he believes in the philosophy of interdisciplinary research. He has also completed a Certificate Course on Intellectual Property Rights from WIPO Academy, Geneva. He is having more than 15 years of teaching, research and industrial experience. His major research interests are E-Government, Semantic Web and Ontologies.  He has published various research papers and articles in national and international journals, and the papers are being widely cited by various stakeholders across the world. He is also the recipient of Software Copyright on his one of the software, from Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Government of India. Apart from this, he has also published a book on E-Governance titled “E-Governance in India: Problems, Prototypes and Prospects” in 2016. He is also the Life Member of CSI, IAENG and Professional Member of ACM.

    Dr. Kumar Sambhav Pareek is a renowned academician in the domain of political science. He has more than 11 years of teaching and prolific research experience. He is a keen observer of not only Indian Political System but also of other developing and developed nations. His professional associations include; Life Member of Indian Political Science Association, Life member of Rajasthan Political Science Association and Life Member of Indian Society for Gandhian Studies. Apart from various research publications, Dr. Kumar has authored one book on Primary unit of Indian Political System i.e. “Gram Panchayat”. This book “Stances of E-Government: Policies, Processes and Technologies” having political insights on the paradigm shift which has occurred due to digitalization of governance in last two decades across the world.

    Dr. V.K. Jain holds MBA, M. Tech (CS), and PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He has been involved in Teaching, Training, Research and Administration for last 22 years which includes his 12 years of experience as Director/  Dean in various Institutions/Universities of repute in India. He has rich experience in Autonomy Implementation, ABET, US; NBA, India; and NAAC, India Accreditations. He is recipient of Rashtriya Shiksha Gaurav Puruskar-2016 by CEGR, New Delhi and Accredited Management Teacher by AIMA, New Delhi. There are more than 200 publications to his credit which include Books, Monographs, Cases, Research Papers, Popular Articles etc. He has organized many Conferences/Seminars/QIPs and delivered more than 50 keynote/Expert lectures. He is actively associated with Professional and Social Organizations such as:, IEEE, ICSA, CSI, SOM, ISTD, ISTE, IEI, AIMA, AIMS, GLOGIFT, QCFI,  BVP etc.  He is PhD Supervisor at Devi Ahilya University, Indore and Mody University, Lakshmangarh and guided around 12 PhD Scholars. His areas of interest include IT enabled Supply Chain Management, Service Quality in Technical Education,  Research Methodology, AI and Big Data Analytics, ERP, RFID and EDI Technologies.
