    The Legal Aspects of Industrial Hygiene and Safety explores various legal issues that are often encountered by Industrial Hygiene and Safety managers during their careers.     Biography

    Kurt W. Dreger has devoted his 30 plus year career to promoting, enhancing and protecting worker health and safety, as an industrial hygienist, an occupational safety and health management professional, and as an attorney representing and upholding the rights of workers in the San Francisco Bay Area. His experience includes leading and managing Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) programs for government, university, national laboratory, and private sector organizations. Mr. Dreger is the principal attorney at Dreger Law PC, a San Francisco Bay Area based law firm in which he represents California clients, primarily on the plaintiff side in employment litigation matters. Mr. Dreger is a licensed California attorney and a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the John F. Kennedy University, College of Law, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Francisco State University, and a BA degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
