Micro and Nanomanufacturing Series

About the Series

The aim of this series is to provide the basis for knowledge transfer from research laboratory and industrial practice to the wider scientific and engineering community on the development of micro and nanomanufacturing processes. The series will focus on the invention, development, and use of micro and nanomanufacturing processes. It will also incorporate books on new research processes, established micro and nanomanufacturing processes, applications of existing processes to new product applications, and books focusing on case studies. This series of books should not only be popular among engineers, researchers, and professionals across a wide range of science and engineering areas, but also of interest to undergraduate and graduate level students as course supplemental reading.

If you are interested in writing or editing a book for the series or would like more information, please contact Cindy Carelli, [email protected].
